Definition

A Boolean function [math]f:\{-1,1\}^n \to \{-1,1\}[/math] has bias of p if obtains the value 1 on a [math]\frac{1+p}{2}[/math]-fraction of its inputs. A 0-biased function is called balanced or unbiased.
